Avoid technology for this?

The other day I was doing some work and found myself jotting down a note on a tablet. Now usually I am the technology guy, and use electronic tools for everything. But sometimes I find it faster to just write out things, such as my list I carry to Walmart.

Yes, I still put my list electronically, but I find it more efficient at the store to have my list in hand. I just do better reading it off of paper.

I hadn't thought much about it until I heard a radio program discussing how people have better retention when they read something out of a book vs from a tablet.

The latest buzz around the internet is the release by Google that they will soon have a subscription video service available. This is a late entry into a saturated market, but if Google's history is any indicator, they will be a force to be reckoned with.

Others have placed their foundations and built from there. Google is behind, but will it catch up? Only time will tell.
